1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Processing: 1–3 business days. Delivery: 7–10 business days. Total: 8–13 business days.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped you will receive a tracking code by email. Use it on our tracking page.
3. Is shipping free?
Yes, free on all orders.
4. My order is delayed — what should I do?
Allow up to 3 additional days. If still not arrived, contact us at contact@Secrax.com with your order number.
5. I received the wrong item — what now?
Take photos and contact us within 24 hours. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
